Cancellation Policy for the Online Seminar "Intercultural Competence: India
Up to four weeks before the start of the seminar: 100% refund
Up to two weeks before the start of the seminar: 50% refund.
In the event of cancellation less than two weeks before the start of the seminar, the full invoice amount will be due.
The date of receipt of the written cancellation by PET Sprachen GmbH shall be deemed to be the deadline/date of cancellation.
If there are less than three binding registrations, PET Sprachen GmbH reserves the right to cancel open seminars or to reschedule them for a later date. You will be informed of this at the latest 10 days before the start of the course.
