Feedback is omnipresent. Whether as collegial feedback, appraisal interviews, critical discussions or ad hoc – if you follow proven communication rules, your feedback will be more successful. You will learn about the theory of constructive communication and apply this knowledge in the seminar, benefitting both as a feedback giver and receiver.
