Business Workshops 2012 - Topic 3: "Improving your Intercultural Awareness"

In an increasingly global world we need to develop our sensitivity to and understanding of different cultures and business practices. PET Seminar leader Nancy Padden is an experienced intercultural trainer who worked for many years for a large US bank. Business Workshops 2012 - Topic 2: "Recruiting & Interviewing in English"

The search for qualified employees is becoming increasingly international – globalisation and demographic factors are causing Germany-based companies to hire more and more employees from abroad.

As a result, HR departments need to prepare for this challenge both in terms of language and interculatural skills.

Trainer: Beth Negus is a highly experienced trainer who worked for many years as an HR & Communications Specialist and has carried out dozens of workshops on HR themes.

We are continuing our popular Business Seminar series in 2012 with “Better Teleconferencing Skills in English”.

Teleconferencing is becoming a vital communication tool in modern global business. This workshop focused on:

  • Checklist of strategies to promote understanding and good communication
