Our workshops are always specifically designed to suit your company’s or department’s needs. Generally they consist of 4 sessions of 2 hours or 3 sessions of 3 hours.
Here are just three examples of workshops we carry out on a regular basis:
Following a practical analysis of the participants’ own email and telephoning needs, this workshop enables participants to tackle skills-based issues directly relating to their field of work. Communication skills are supplemented with engaging roleplays and practice, including ‘homework activities between sessions’ and real-life simulation via ‘external calls’.
This is not a set workshop so much as one we adapt to your requirements. Workshops delivered to date have included: ‘Emails and Telephoning for Clinical Research’, ‘Basic Telephoning for Customer Services’, ‘International Teleconferencing for Project Management’, ‘Telephoning for IT Support Administration’.
“It was very useful to have my own emails corrected, and telephone role-plays developed for our work situations.”
Tobias Mahr, IT Support Administrator, FTI GmbH
