Effective Presentations

This two-day seminar is an ideal self-development course for anyone who needs to give professional presentations in English.

The first day is a practical analysis of presentation techniques including body language, voice and pitch, audience awareness. The second session is more individual: you give a full presentation to camera, with three-way feedback from trainer, video and the other participants.

Effective Negotiations

It is often quite a challenge to concentrate on the issues to be negotiated and to watch out for possible misunderstandings resulting from differences in language and culture at the same time.

The first part of this two-day training focuses on the language, skills and strategies needed to carry out negotiations at an international level. In the second part, those skills and strategies are put into action by the use of activities, case studies and role plays. This is a hands-on seminar that includes video analysis.

How to Survive an FDA Audit

A pharmaceutical audit requires a degree of confidence in specific types of business interaction; this seminar focuses on developing competence in the areas of describing processes, giving effective presentations, intercultural awareness USA/Germany, rapport-building, social English and handling questions.
