About PET

Professional support for your international success

As a company becomes more international, language skills play an increasingly important part in its success. PET is here to help you succeed in other cultures by communicating effectively in other languages. We’re an experienced full-service provider with a wide range of professional language services and training solutions for specialists and executives.

Our customers include large corporate groups, SMEs, agencies, private individuals, public authorities, universities and many other institutions. We aim to establish long-term customer relationships on a mutually beneficial basis. Our very first customer – a large corporate group – still relies on our expertise to this day.

As an owner-managed company, we personally ensure the high quality of our services. Short lines of communication help us to deliver on your wishes quickly and flexibly, developing the right customised solutions for you. Try our services for yourself – we look forward to hearing from you!

Philosophy

Improve and optimise your international communications

Our training courses and language services help our customers to communicate better and more efficiently in foreign languages and cultures. In our work, we’re committed to open communication, a transparent approach to business, mutual respect and personal integrity both within our team and with our customers.

We motivate, inspire and encourage. We cater to individual situations and tailor our services specifically to the requirements of our customers. Instead of working with predefined teaching plans or time schedules we prefer to ask questions, listen carefully and use this information to develop programs specially tailored in both content and method.

Focusing on the requirements of our customers is our guiding principle. It forms the basis for the high quality of our services, which we are constantly working to optimise. The quality certificates ISO 9001:2008 and AZAV (German directive on the recognition and authorisation of professional training) are testament to how seriously we take this commitment.
